This Contract for Legal Services (the “Contract”) entered by between Berkeley Renters Legal Assistance (the “Attorney”) and Client. The Attorney agrees to represent the Client in legal matters related to their rights and obligations as a renter in Berkeley, and the Client agrees to pay for such legal services according to the terms outlined below.
The Attorney agrees to provide legal advice, representation, and advocacy to the Client in matters related to landlord-tenant law in Berkeley. Includes but limited disputes over rent, lease agreements, maintenance repairs, evictions.
